The Orinda Classic Car Tour!

Where to Watch!

With social distancing in mind, you might position yourself along the route and catch the cars coming by.  

The cars will be heading off in groups of 20, and here are some of the locations and approximate times when you can see them drive by.

 

  • Orinda Village Farmers Market    10:15 – 11:00am
  • Lafayette Downtown                     10:30 – 11:15am
  • St Mary’s Fields @ Rheem Blvd   10:45 – 11:30am
  • Rheem Shopping Center              10:45 – 11:30am
  • Moraga Commons                        10:45 – 11:30am
  • Orinda Theater Square                 11:00 – 11:45am

 

Or, you can hear Mr .Orinda, Steve Harwood, doing a live stream broadcast of the event, from 9:30 AM to noon by going to https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82608414133.  Steve will be joined by Jay Ward, who is Creative Director for Pixar’s Cars movies, as color commentator. 

 They will have video clips with details on all the cars entered, trivia contests where anyone can try to identify car movie film clips, live feed including drone views of the cars en route, and more!

Where:
About 100 very special cars will gather at Orinda Motors THIS Saturday, September 12 th , and head

around Lamorinda and up over the Berkeley hills.
