Cal Savers Legislation + the Talent Shift
During this edition of Tuesday Talk, we will take a deep dive into the Cal Savers Legislation and the impact it will have on small businesses. Understanding what is required of the business owner, the administrative tasks associated and what your options are, is key to determining how you will be in compliance with this fast approaching deadline. Additionally, with millions of employees exiting the workforce, small to medium size business owners are asking more of their current staff (leading to burnout) and struggling to fill open roles that are vital to their success. We look forward to sharing what is driving this shift and how business owners can combat one of the biggest talent shifts in history. This presentation by Lafayette Chamber member ADP will be held via webex. Log in at noon on Tuesday, January 25. Register here for a reminder!
