Lafayette's Earth Day Celebration

Earth Day Reminds Us to be Nice to Mother Earth! If you were a hippie back in 1970 you might remember the first “Earth Day.” Saving the Planet was not the first thing many thought of back then. Global warming has launched an awareness about who we are and how we act. Earth Day has been set aside to share the challenges and solutions to our environmental issues. Do we move towards clean energy alternatives or do we continue to guzzle gas like a “drunken sailor.” Come find out how you can make a difference with the future of our world. Join us at the Lafayette Library and Learning Center on Sunday, April 28, 2019.
