Presenting acclaimed classical and contemporary ballets, the company performs in Walnut Creek at the Lesher Center for the Arts and productions on tour. Diablo Ballet is committed to exposing youth to the arts through its renowned PEEK Outreach Programs which have reached over 75,000 underserved school children in the East Bay since 1995. In addition, Diablo Ballet has served thousands of at-risk teenage girls and boys incarcerated in the Juvenile Justice system since 2015. In August of 2019, Diablo Ballet launched its Ballet School, the first in the history of Contra Costa County operated by a professional ballet company, which also offers Dance for Parkinson's classes free of charge for Parkinson's patients and their caregivers.
