Before founding Roots and Wings Legal™, Yuki built her career in corporate law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and served as general counsel and head of legal for dynamic tech companies. Leading high-impact legal departments, she managed complex transactions, scaled legal frameworks, and oversaw seven-figure legal budgets. These experiences sharpened her ability to navigate sophisticated business challenges, foster leadership, and create clarity amid complexity.

In 2022, after the loss of her father, Yuki founded Roots and Wings Legal™ as a deeply personal endeavor. What began as a grief project quickly evolved into her life’s calling: applying her leadership, strategic acumen, and values-driven approach to empower family leaders and visionary wealth creators.
