Chef Tiffany grew up in the verdant countryside of Vietnam where she spent my childhood growing fruits and vegetables while leanring organic and suastainable farming practices. She learned to cook with seasonal, fresh ingredients at very young age alongside generations of women in her home kitchen.
Before moving to the United States, she attended a reown Culinary School in SaiGon. Her first job when she first arrived here is working as a Assistant Chef for Vietnam Lotus Restaurant in Menlopark, CA and few more restaurants in the Bay Area.
Chef Tiffany lives in Lamorinda with her mom, husband and thier two boys. After taking break to be at home mom she launched Hearty Gourmet Kitchen with the mission of shari her passion for home-cooked autentic Soul Food with the EastBay community.
