9Round's mission is to make members stronger in 30 minutes, both physically and mentally!

9Round is unlike any other gym or studio. While there are no scheduled classes, your workout is still curated for you, instead of you being left to fend for yourself on the floor. What that means is this: you arrive whenever you want and complete a 30-minute circuit workout, guided by a trainer so you have the help and support you need to maximize your results. This unique workout targets every area of your body and burns a massive amount of calories.

9Round workouts are split into three-minute intervals, which a trainer will guide you through. The workout circuits also change daily, so your workout won't get stale. You move through nine different stations with a different workout at each one, and everything is tailored to your fitness level. You'll do a combination of strength training, kickboxing, and abs and core training at the stations to get a full-body workout.

Your 9Round membership includes hand wraps and gloves, so you don't need to worry about finding your own. Also, 9Round gyms use 9Round Pulse, a heart rate-monitoring belt. It's connected to an app on your phone so you always have your stats handy; this way, you can monitor your heart rate and make sure you're staying in the optimal fat-burning zone.

9Round also offers a nutrition program to pair with its workouts to really help you lose weight if that's what you've set out to do. It includes meal planning and teachings to help you understand what foods to eat and when. The nutrition program is included in your 9Round membership.
