We are an intimate bridal boutique located in the East Bay dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our brides and guests throughout their dress journey. Our brides become our family and we are with them throughout the entire process in one of the happiest moments of their life. We are seeking a highly motivated part-time consultant with excellent customer service and a love for all things bridal to be a part of our team. Position has opportunity for growth. Key Responsibilities: Providing the highest level of customer service and building a client relationship with our brides while always maintaining a professional demeanor and personal presentation at all times. Excellent communication skills Enjoy connecting with clients and demonstrating enthusiastic and positive attitude Processing sales for customers Develop a strong foundation of bridal terminology/ fabrics/ trends /styles that are best suited for brides based on their inspiration Develop a strong understanding of our collections and measuring brides for gowns Maintaining visual appearance and cleanliness of store at all times Requirements: Retail/customer service experience Sales experience a plus Available to have a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekend availability Have a warm and patient personality Knowledge of basic computer skills Have proper phone and email etiquette Self motivator and detail oriented Must be able to lift 20 lbs. and stand for long periods of time Have a passion for bridal.
