As a Service Desk associate at Formula3, you will work in an exciting fast paced environment with some of the best managers and trainers in the industry. Our veteran leaders will work with you to develop and refine your service and operational skills and since Formula3 is the new breakout way to think about fitness, team members will have ample opportunity to grow within their areas of interest in the company and in new markets.

No task is too small for you and your attention to detail rivals the best out there. You are savvy with communication, social media and email, you will answer and work through customer service issues. You bring your passion to the team and make it contagious, bring them together to build the best environment for not only your co-workers but also the members. 


  • Warmly greet and check in members as they enter; smile and use names often

  • Welcome guests to the club; initiate the registration process; collect guest fees as applicable

  • Offer a personalized parting wish to all members and guests as they exit the club

  • Keep the Service Desk and lobby area neat, clean and uncluttered

  • Be completely knowledgeable about classes, amenities, events, member policies and fees at Formula3; be the trusted source of information for members and guests

  • Properly direct members and guests to the appropriate location for classes,

  • Know and understand all Facility Walkthrough, Service Excellence Quick Check, and Quality Assurance standards as they apply to the Service Desk; ensure they are followed

  • Handle point of sale transactions and billing payments, scheduling through MindBody Online

  • Handle class online reservations accurately; be knowledgeable and skilled in using MindBody Online

  • Manage the wait list for fully-booked classes

  • Handle changes to member accounts (payment methods, EFT changes, address changes, etc.)

  • Handle member cancellation requests

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, properly answering all basic questions and transferring calls professionally and efficiently

  • Assist with club administrative duties such as marketing, events etc.

  • Serve as a resource for club members with questions about club policies, programs or services

  • Deliver the Service Signatures “Welcome Ritual”, “Confirm & Repeat”, and “Parting Wish” on a consistent basis

  • Promote club events and programs to members as they check in

  • Check and stock bathrooms and showers as scheduled

  • Other responsibilities or projects as assigned by the Studio Manager or Assistant Studio Manager
