Are you ready to elevate your Festival experience and maximize your success at the Lafayette Art & Wine Festival? This is Lafayette’s most successful weekend, and it should be yours too! Whether you're a seasoned vendor or new to the festival scene, our 3-hour workshop is designed to provide you with the tools and insights needed to thrive. You'll learn valuable strategies for effective preparation, seamless setup and breakdown, and impactful marketing. We'll guide you through the Lafayette Chamber's protocol, ensuring you understand the essential guidelines to make your participation smooth and successful. Additionally, we'll share tips on how to recruit and manage volunteers (if applicable), giving you the support needed to enhance your Festival experience. Don't miss this opportunity to gain experienced advice and network with fellow vendors. Learn how to attract more customers, boost your leads or post-event sales, and make the most of your Festival weekend. Join us and take your Festival participation to the next level. 9am-9:10am: Welcome/Mingle 

9:10am-9:40am: Session 1 - Preparing for Success: Planning Your Festival Experience Learn the essential steps to prepare and plan for the festival, from finding your booth location to organizing your booth setup. Get tips on creating an engaging booth layout. Ensure you're fully ready for a successful festival day. 

9:40am-9-50am: BREAK 

9:50am-10:30am: Session 2 - Maximizing Online Visibility: Marketing & Social Media Strategies Discover best practices for using marketing and social media to boost your online visibility and drive traffic to your booth. Learn how to create compelling content and engage your audience effectively. Leverage platforms to increase foot traffic and sales.

10:30am-10:40am: BREAK 

10:40am-11:00am: Session 3 - Navigating Chamber Compliance: Guidelines & Best Practices Understand and adhere to essential Chamber compliance guidelines, including permits, licensing, and booth regulations. Get practical advice on meeting Lafayette Chamber's requirements. Ensure a smooth and compliant festival experience. 

11:00am-11:10am: BREAK 

11:10am-11:50am: Session 4 - Succeeding as a Beer & Wine Host: Tips & Insights Gain insights on excelling as a beer and wine host, from product presentation to compliance with alcohol regulations. Learn best practices for serving and customer engagement. Make your booth a standout destination at the festival.

11:50am-12pm: Closing Remarks
