Lafayette Chamber Young Professionals September Social will be held at Headlands Brewing Thursday, September 5, 2024, 5:30pm-7pm.

No cost for Lafayette Chamber members.  Guests welcome to attend the first meeting for free, then we encourage guests to join the Lafayette Chamber or pay the $20 guest fee during registration.

Lafayette Business Women: MEMBERS ONLY EVENT at Wine Thieves.

Join us for a social experience at Wine Thieves in Lafayette. The cost for the social is $15, which covers the venue fee, bites, and drinks. Tastings are available for anyone who would like to partake, and non-alcoholic drinks will be available as well.

SCORE has the largest network of free volunteer small business mentors in the nation. No matter what stage your business is at SCORE can be a valuable resource.

The Lafayette Chamber of Commerce has been partnering with SCORE for over 15 years. We welcome our chamber members and community members to schedule a complimentary meeting with a SCORE representative on Tuesdays between the hours of 1:30pm-4:00pm in our Chamber office at 251 Lafayette Circle, Ste 150. 

Mike Harris is our in-house SCORE counselor. Mike earned a BS with an emphasis on electronics from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from Santa Clara University. After a few years in engineering, Mike spent most of his career in high tech marketing and operations management. While continuing to work in electronics he helped manage his family retail business. After retiring from his career in electronics, Mike began working with small businesses helping them obtain working capital loans. Besides mentoring, Mike helps present SCORE business plans and financial planning workshops.

To schedule your appointment, please call the Lafayette Chamber at (925) 284-7404 or book your appointment online by registering below. Enter your desired time frame. In person meetings at the Lafayette Chamber office are by appointment only and are scheduled every 30 minutes. Tuesday appointments must be scheduled the Friday before by 10am.

The Lafayette Chamber and the City of Lafayette are co-sponsors of the 32nd annual Lafayette Res Run for Education October 20, 2024.

Beneficiaries of the event are the local schools and the services and programs of the Chamber.

Lafayette's Res Run for Education is the city’s most popular “family affair”, involving kids, parents, grandparents, and hundreds of serious runners from throughout the Bay Area. Join us in 2024 for the 10k, 5k, the 2 mile run/walk for fun or the Reservoir Challenge! Sprinters, walkers, the “stroller brigade” and many of Lafayette’s top four legged residents are welcome to join in the fun.

For a fun, safe Halloween event, children and their parents are invited to Trick-or-Treat on Mt. Diablo Blvd. from Plaza Way to Dewing Ave, Lafayette Circle and in La Fiesta Square from 4:00-6:00pm on Friday, October 25, 2024. This is a free event with candy and festivities provided Lafayette's local businesses. Don't forget to bring your Trick-or-Treat bag!

Community Thanksgiving Breakfast

We invite everyone: politicians, non-profits, school representatives, business leaders, community leaders, Rotarians, our Chamber members, and the greater community to all come together to share in a breakfast and enjoy the speakers.

Tickets will go onsale in October. Registration required, no walk-ups. This is an indoor event, maximum 150 persons.
