Responsibilities:

- Nurturing Office Harmony:Oversee and manage office operations with a touch of care, ensuring efficiency and harmony while adhering to company policies.

- Client Care:Extend a warm welcome to our cherished clientele, managing schedules and bookings with a smile.

- Event Coordination: Join us in bringing our community together by helping to coordinate in-person events, from cozy gatherings to enlightening conferences.

- Administrative Wizardry: Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and report generation with finesse and flair.

- Calendar Management: Keep our executive schedules in sync by expertly managing calendars and scheduling appointments and meetings.

Additional Skills:

- Phone Etiquette Extraordinaire:Handle incoming calls with grace and professionalism, making every interaction a delightful experience.

- Event Planning Passion: Infuse your expertise into organizing successful office events, creating memorable moments for all involved.

- Administrative Expert: Navigate through data entry, correspondence, and report generation like a pro, ensuring every detail is meticulously attended to.

- Communication Connoisseur: Communicate effectively and warmly, building connections with clients and team members alike.

- Calendar Maestro: Master the art of calendar management, juggling appointments and meetings with ease.

- Social Media Savvy: Showcase your skills by assisting with scheduling posts on various online platforms, spreading our message of healing far and wide.

Job Type: Part-time 

Pay:From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Monday to Friday

- No Tuesdays or Weekends

Work Location:  In person
