Assemblymember Rebecca Bauer-Kahan represents the 16th Assembly District - which includes the East Bay communities of Lamorinda, Walnut Creek, and the Tri-Valley. Prior to her 2018 election to the  Assembly, she worked as a law professor and environmental attorney. In Sacramento, the Assemblymember is the Chair of the Assembly Committee on Privacy and Consumer Protection and is a leading voice on artificial intelligence and consumer protection. She is a strong advocate for the environment, education funding, fiscal responsibility, and more. Her district office, located in San Ramon, is available to help answer any questions and provide assistance with stage agencies.

Lamorinda Spirit Senior Transportation Program

The Lamorinda Spirit Van provides door to and through door transportation for Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda seniors.  We are delighted to take older adults (60 years +) and persons with disabilities to lunch at Cafe Costa, to medical and personal appointments, errands, shopping, special events, social occasions, visit a friend, and just about anything else. We operate Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
