Sunflower Hill creates places and spaces where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live, learn, and thrive as part of the greater community. We co-develop affordable housing communities and offer virtual and in-person programs for adults with disabilities in Pleasanton, Livermore, and the Bay Area, California.
The Sunflower Hill Garden produces thousands of pounds of fresh, organic produce each year, which is planted and harvested by our program participants, with more than 90% of our produce donated to local community nonprofits.

The Giving Exchange partners with under-resourced communities to implement self-sustaining projects for a lasting impact. We dream of a world where children have every opportunity to build their best future; where all needs for education, health and livelihood are met by locally-grown resources; and where communities are implementing the solutions they need to make life better for themselves and for generations to come. There are many ways for you to get involved: fund a project, volunteer remotely, travel to East Africa as an Ambassador, and more.
